Individual Psychotherapy (In-Person or Virtual)

After an initial 75-85-minute session during which we’ll get to know each other and discuss your unique strengths, challenges, hopes, and goals, we’ll meet weekly or bi-weekly for 50 or 80 minute sessions depending on your preferences and needs. Together, we’ll design a treatment plan tailored to you and we’ll take time each month to track your development and progress.

 

Relationship Therapy

It’s my honor to support you to transform your relationship from a space of hurt to a space of profound healing. Equipped with the skills of the Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO) model, I will help you recognize the sequences that you and your loved one get caught in, identify the tender and vulnerable places that are driving these conflicts, and move towards new pathways of courageous communication and deep healing.

 

Groups and Workshops

Periodically, I offer a series of group sessions focused on a specific topic or interest area, including grief, identity exploration, spirituality, and creativity. These group therapy series often include creative writing, yoga, movement, breathing, and nature-based activities. In order to foster real community and connection, I ask that you commit to attending each session in any series you join.

We believe joy is essential in creating the changes we want to see in ourselves and in our world, and we’ve learned powerful, research-backed methods for its cultivation that we’re excited to share.
